Leverage data correctly and see the magic happen

ADA’s effective use of data in client campaigns could be seen in its work for Tokocrypto, an Indonesian-based crypto trading platform. Its solutions and strategies won multiple awards, including Excellence in Brand Strategy, and Performance Marketing, among others.

The award-winning campaign helped Tokocrypto reduce acquisition costs by 200%, increased trading volume for registered users by 60% and more than doubled the number of successful registrations in a matter of just three months.

Winning another five awards from Marketing Excellence Indonesia – two gold for Pivot Marketing and Brand Strategy, and three silver for Event Marketing, Marketing Transformation, and Performance Marketing, were the results of ADA’ collaboration with BCA on its #AwasModus campaign and the much-anticipated BCA Expoversary.

ADA’s data-driven optimisation strategies proved to be the difference as it successfully attracted an unprecedented number of on-ground visitors, despite initial concerns over post-lockdown footfall as the previous edition was pivoted to an online event because of movement restrictions.

The number of visitors doubled compared with 2020, while BCA was able to engage visitors with multiple on-ground activities aimed at attracting loan sign-ups. This event also recorded the highest ever number of leads to the surprise of many.

Another successful campaign that garnered multiple awards was #AwasModus, an educational campaign initiated to combat online fraud. ADA deployed both push and pull marketing strategies to engage with BCA’s customers, effectively communicating precautionary messages to alert them of potential fraudsters preying on unsuspecting victims.

This campaign achieved more than 60 million impressions, more than three million clicks on #AwasModus content, and 23 million video views across all social media platforms – impressive statistics for an awareness campaign.

Recording an outstanding 158% growth despite the pandemic, ADA has risen from being just a tech platform to a fully fledged solutions expert, delivering connected marketing, commerce and customer engagement solutions to clients.
